The 7 x 10 inches hardcover book is in as-new condition. On 280 very interesting pages it explains like no other book we have seen the Nazi law from July 1933 how the National Socialists wanted to prevent that a German woman could give birth to a hereditary diseased child! Right after Hitler and the NSDAP took over in 1933 they passed this law which allowed the sterilization of mentally ill men and women, also repeat fellons could loose their manhood. The Nazis kept working on this subject and another law which prevented that mentally ill or otherwise disabled children would be born (and cause a financial and racial problem for the rest of the German population) was passed on 18 July 1935. Based on this law the "euthanasia" program was launched later in the Third Reich.

This book was published for doctors who were organized in the Reichs Chamber of the German doctors. It was printed 1934 from the Lehmanns Verlag in Munich, Germany.
