RARE ORIGINAL 1936 BOOKLET WITH 40(!) GENUINE SIGNATURES OF THE

1936 AUSTRALIAN OLYMPIC TEAM

THAT COMPETED IN THE XI. OLYMPIC GAMES IN BERLIN

This unique 3-1/4 x 5 inch booklet was an official souvenir of the Australian Olympic team that they must have given to a number of either German officials or people who supported them. We have never seen a second one before and assume that only very few existed. The booklet that is offered for sale was given to a German guy in Berlin Koepenick, a district of Berlin where the Olympic rowing competitions were held on the Spree river. This guy was probably involved in the Olympic rowing competitions but we can't tell for sure. The booklet contains a total of fourty (40) genuine signatures of the officials and athletes of the Australian Olympic team that came to Berlin in August of 1936 to compete. A neat and unusual historic artifact of the XI. Olympic Games that were held in Hitler's Berlin!
