RARE ORIGINAL 1941 THIRD REICH PHOTO BOOK ON THE RESETTLEMENT OF GERMANS FROM THE EAST INTO THE CONQUERED TERRITORIES OF FORMER POLAND DER FÜHRER RUFT (THE FÜHRER CALLS) This 7 x 9-3/4 inches hardcover book with 286 pages was written from Heinrich Bosse and printed 1941 in a very small number from the Zeitgeschichte Verlag in Berlin. This extremely interesting photo book is an eye-witness report of the great resettlement program which took place after the Blitzkrieg against Poland when the German population in Estland (Estonia) and Lettland (Lithuania) was resettled in the conquered territories of the "Wartheland", a rural farm area close to Warschau, well known for the Jewish ghetto in the town Litzmannstadt! One of the chapters describes a visit of Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler, meeting the resettled German farmers. A rare book on a very interesting subject in very good condition!
