RARE ORIGINAL 1942 THIRD REICH KIDS BOOK EXPLAINING THE KRIEGSMARINE (KM or NAZI NAVY) seefahrt-fibel des deutschen jungen HEAVILY ILLUSTRATED WITH 130+ PHOTOS & ILLUSTRATIONS The 5-1/2 x 7-1/2 inches soft cover book with 96 pages (plus four pages with tables in FULL COLOR) was written from lieutenant commander Herbert Preuss with Wilhelm Molitor and printed 1942 from the J.F.Lehmanns Verlag in Munich-Berlin. The two full color double pages came loose but other then that this book is in very good condition. It was intended to awake the interest for the Kriegsmarine among Hitler Youth boys and it is divided into four interesting chapters: naval history; Sail-, Steam- and Motorships; the German Kriegsmarine; terms and the basics the seafarer needs to know.
