RARE ORIGINAL 1942 SS BOOK ON THE HEROIC WORK OF THE NAZI POLICE SQUADS IN THE CONQUERED TERRITORIES OF WESTERN EUROPE freigEmachtes grenzland ("freed borderland") The 5-3/4 x 8-1/2 inches hardcover book with 240 pages was printed 1942 from the Nordlandverlag in Berlin and is in very good condition. It was meant to be a remembrance book for those "who brought law and order" to the conquered territories in Western Europe (Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg and the German occupied part of France) - the Police units from Heinrich Himmler! There are a lot of very interesting photos in this book, showing Nazi Police and their high rank leaders.
 A very valuable addition for anyones collection of SS and third reich history!
