These monthly periodicals were published by Central Publishing House of the NSDAP to educate the German people about Third Reich art and architecture. It was published in two editions, Ausgabe A and Ausgabe B which contained a longer chapter on architecture. Prof. Albert Speer and Dr. Ing Fritz Todt (until his death in 1942) were mainly responsible for the content of these excellent periodicals. Their size is 11 x 14 inch and each issue contains great photo material, a lot of it full page photos and some even in full color. Offered here are twenty issues of the years 1938 thru 1944, giving a very good impression about the Nazi art over a period of several years. The majority of the periodicals in this lot are in excellent condition, a few have some minor flaws along the edges and on two issues the back cover has been separated. But all issues are complete with no pages missing. A very interesting lot with plenty of material for anyone interested in Third Reich art!
