The 9 x 12 inch "Der Deutsche Sportangler" was the official monthly periodical for the organized angler in Nazi Germany. All sport angler clubs were organized in the Reichsverband Deutscher Sportfischer e.V. which was affiliated to the Reichsnaehr-stand Blut und Boden, the Third Reich farming organization. The heavily illustrated periodicals contain everything the hobby fisherman in Nazi germany was interested in, such as fishing reports from lakes, rivers and coast throughout Germany, intro-duction of ne fishing equipment, fishing laws, many helpful tips like how to smoke Eel, etc. Offered here are the complete years 1935 and 1939, both bound in period binders. All 24 issues as well as the binders are in very good condition and will make a very nice addition to anyones collection of Third Reich memorabilia.
