Offered for sale is a RARE EXCELLENT 1935 EIGHT VOLUME THIRD REICH PHOTO ENCYCLOPEDIA GeSCHICHTE UNSERER ZEIT (OUR CONTEMPORARY HISTORY) PERHAPS THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE WORKS ON THE COLLAPSE OF THE GERMAN EMPIRE, THE FAILURE OF THE WEIMAR REPUBLIC AND THE NATIONAL SOCIALIST BATTLE FOR POWER THAT WAS PUBLISHED IN THE 1930s IN GERMANY! 2,200 PAGES OF GREAT REFERENCE MATERIAL!
The size of these excellent hardcover book is 5-1/4 x 7-1/2 inch, each volume with about 275 pages of very interesting historical material, written by Dr. Karl Siegmar Baron von Galera and published from 1932 to 1935 by Nationale Verlagsgesellschaft in Leipzig. Each of the eight books is in very good condition. The author gives a very detailed summary of the events in Germany in the years 1916 until 1933. Galera must have been a supporter of Hitler and the National Socialist ideology, the books don't say anything posi-tive about the democratic parties, the British and French occupants, etc. The entire set is in very good condition and is a great reference for anyone who has an interest in the early National Socialist movement history!
