SCARCE 1933 THIRD REICH BOOK ON ADOLF HITLERS MOUNTAIN RESIDENCE ON THE OBERSALZBERG Adolf Hitlers Wahlheimat (Adolf Hitlers chosen homeland) WITH RARE ILLUSTRATIONS OF THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE REICHSCHANCELLERY IN THE MOUNTAINS - INCLUDING HITLERS BED (!) The 9-3/4 x 7 inch hardcover book in very good condition was published 1933 by Münchener Buchverlag in Munich-Bavaria. The only imperfection are some stain spots on the cover and a minor damage at the back (see photo on the left). The book contains twenty-two very nice full page illustrations on where and how the Reichs Chancellor lived on the Obersalzberg, one picture even shows Adolf Hitlers spartanic bed (and the text adds that he had a picture of his beloved mother hanging over the bed), other pictures show living room, work desk, terrace, the big oven and other parts of the Reichschancellery in the mountains, another one shows his three German Shephards, the town Berchtesgaden, the so called "Dietrich-Eckardt Corner" in the "Gasthaus Zum Türken", SA and SS guards together on duty, etc. The very patriotic text explains Hitlers love to this place which goes back to the year 1924, how important this place is for him to get a few hours of rest in a peaceful and quite setting before getting back to Berlin again to lead the German people into a new era...!
