Offered for sale is a VERY RARE ORIGINAL 1928 FIRST EDITION OF DER AUFGANG DER MENSCHHEIT (DAWN OF MANKIND) A HUGE BOOK ON THE ORIGINS OF THE ARYAN NORDIC RACE BY HERMAN WIRTH, FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT OF THE SS-AHNENERBE! This extremely hard to find 8-3/4 x 11-1/2 x 2 inch, heavily illustrated 630(!) page hardcover book is a copy of the 1928 first edition by Herman Wirth. Only 2,000 copies were published and there are probably only a handful in existence today! Herman Wirth became the first president and was one of the founders (along with Heinrich Himmler and Richard Walther Darre) of the SS-Deutsches Ahnenerbe. The book is a large heavy volume outlining Wirth's research and beliefs on the arctic origins and migrations of the Aryan-Nordic race. The book is in excellent condition. Comes with an insert folder (held in the back of the book with many runic inscriptions, etc. A one-of-a-kind book on this subject and an essential reference for anyone interes-ted in the SS Ahnenerbe!
