This photo album contains sixty-one original pre-1945 black and white photos. It once belonged to a young Wehrmacht officer. The photos show him and his comrades in their barracks, at field exercises and at their time off. Some photos show him up-close, posing in his uniform, there are also a few photos that show a young woman, probably his girlfriend. There are no combat zone photos in this album, a few photos are dated 1939, probably taken before September 1, 1939.
