Offered for sale is a rare original poster as it was pasted onto the "Litfassäulen" (Advertisement Pillars or Billboards) in Nazi German towns and cities as well as in the occupied territories!

This unique original poster was published 1942 by Hauptabteilung Volks-aufklaerung und Propaganda des Reichskommissars (Main Office for People's Enlightment and Propaganda of the Reich Commissar for the Occupied Territories). The anti-Semitic / anti-Bolshevist poster is published in Dutch language. It is white-bordered with main colors of black and green. There's a large white Star of David with the hammer and sickle in the center; a green characterization of Churchill sitting upon a man's back; Churchill is fishing, pulling a fish from the water. There is green and white text containing statements against the "English Imperium" and the like and strong references to the writings of H.G. Wells. It is quite striking and a good example of German-sponsored anti-Soviet/anti-semitic propa-ganda and policies in occupied Europe.

17 x 24 inches, it has been folded and is partly ripped with also some damage along the edges but will flatten out nicely once it has been framed behind glass!
