of the very hard to find Nazi book

The 5 x 7-1/2 inches hard cover book is in very good condition. It has 288 pages with countless black and white illustrations (please note the HJ diamond on the girls shirts in many of the illustrations!) showing all kinds of exercises and activities to get physically fit!

The book was published from the Reichs Youth Leadership, the book offered here is the 2nd print from 1940, printed from the Ludwig Voggenreiter Verlag in Potsdam, Germany. After a quoate of Reichs Youth Leader Baldur von Schirach the book addresses to the female leaders in the BDM (Maedelfuehrerin) and was meant to be a guidebook for them to use to train their BDM groups to get the needed bodies of steel and beauty of an Aryan young woman!

One of the the best original Nazi B.D.M. training books and probably the most comprehensive one on this subject we have ever seen! This one should not miss in your collection of Hitler Youth memorabilia!
