It was published by Professor Gerdy Troost in cooperation with the Gauverlag Bayreuth and printed 1943 by Stuttgarter Vereinsbuchdruckerei. The book has excellent photographs on almost every page, it is in as-new condition and comes with its original dust jacket. It is volume II of a two-volume set and much harder to find than volume I.
