It is the official yearly report from the German Labor Front with everything Dr. Robert ley's organization has achieved and improved in the year 1938. The institute of the DAF which put this report together not only looked at how much the production went up but also how many work hours the average German worker had and what his income was, what he did in his free-time, how production can be made even more efficient, a comparison on how efficient the workers in the "Altreich" (Germany in the borders of 1937) work compared to the workers, in the annexed "Ostmark"; resources of raw material are covered in another chapter, the latest laws which regulate the work in the Reich, etc.
