The rare 11-3/4 x 12-1/4 inch soft cover album was published 1933 by Haus Neuerburg Waldorf-Astoria & Eckstein-Halpaus. The album contains 280 photo-like full color pictures that are pasted into the text. The album is complete with no pictures missing, it is in very good condition, front and back cover are protected by a clear foil, therefor the silver cover is not scratched up like most of the copies that surface once in a while. This book is a number one reference for anyone interested in the predecessor of the Nazi Wehrmacht. The Treaty of Versailles limited the size of the German army to 100,000 men, the Reichswehr. All branches, equipment, weapons, training, life in the barracks, etc. is explained and heavily illustrated on 280(!) full color pictures.
