Offered for sale is the RARE FIRST ISSUE OF THE OFFICIAL STORMTROOPER PERIODICAL DIE SA - ZEITSCHRIFT DER STURMABTEILUNGEN DER NSDAP OFFERED IS ISSUE #1 / YEAR #1 (1940) PUBLISHED BY THE SA LEADERSHIP The SA leadership under Viktor Lutze decided that their stormtroopers needed an official SA periodical through which they could be informed about the latest important political events, SA events, as well as a lot of other topics such as shooting with the small caliber rifle (see picture on the left). The first issue of this 9 x 12 inch periodical had 18 pages, it was published in February of 1940 by the NSDAP Central Publishing House Franz Eher Nachf. in Munich and is in very good condition. The first issue would make a great display item when framed for anyones collection of SA memorabilia!
