This wonderful book starts with a text chapter about Adolf Hitler and the early days of the Nazi Movement with photos of Hitler´s birthplace, the young Hermann Göring, etc. and all early members of the NSDAP. It shows extremely interesting photos of SA and SS, Deutsche Arbeitsfront (D.A.F.), Nazi parades, etc...

RARE ORIGINAL 1933 THIRD REICH CIGARETTE PICTURE ALBUM DEUTSCHLAND ERWACHT (GERMANY AWAKES) A SPECTACULAR BOOK WITH 200+ PASTED IN PHOTO-LIKE PICTURES ABOUT THE NAZIS STRUGGLE FOR POWER!
This fantastic item was published 1933 by the Cigaretten-Bilderdienst Hamburg-Bahrenfeld, Germany. It is in excellent condition and comes with its rare original dust jacket. The album is complete with no pages missing and ALL pasted in pictures are there. It's size is 9-1/2 x 12-1/2 inch, it has a brown color cover (this book was also published with a red cover) showing a swastika and oak leaves and the head of a SA stormtrooper, the dustcover shows mar-ching Nazi troops on their way to the big Call-Up at the Reich Party Day Grounds in Nuremberg. The album has 152 heavy material pages with about 200 photo-like pictures pasted into the text! The majority of these pictures is in full color. There are no pages missing or otherwise damaged, all the pic-tures are there and accurately pasted into the text, showing the rise of the National Socialist Movement from the early 1920s to the seizure of power in 1933!
A highlight of this rare book is a 4 8 x 12 (!!) inch fold-out photo showing the consecration of new Nazi flags in the “Luitpoldhain” 1933! The whole album is very hard to find today (especially in this spectacular condition offered here) but this huge photo is often missing!
