ITEM #A-266 Offered for sale is an ORIGINAL 1933 PHOTO BOOK ON THE BIG THANKSGIVING CELEBRATION DEUTSCHES ERNTEDANKFEST 1933 THE CONFESSION OF THE NATION TO THE GERMAN FARMERS The 9 x 11 inch, 64-pages soft cover book was written by Helmut Rosenfeld, Chief Editor of the NSDAP newspaper Völkischer Beobachter and published 1933 by Akademische Verlagsgesellschaft Athenaion m.b.h. Potsdam. The Erntedankfest celebration on the Bückeberg was one of the biggest Nazi pro-paganda events in 1933. The purpose was to unite the German farmers with the National Socialists. Except for a few little imperfections on the cover (see photo left) in very good condition. |
