The 6-1/4 x 8-3/4 inch, 244 page hardcover book by Hermann Esser was published 1941 by Zentralverlag der NSDAP, Franz Eher Nachf. in Munich. Esser first published this book in 1927 as a small soft cover book, copies of the first edition are nearly impossible to find today. Esser was one of Hitler's earliest followers and his crude anti-Semitism was perhaps only topped by Julius Streicher, publisher of the periodical "Der Stürmer". He finished his edited version shortly after the so called "Kristallnacht" in November 1939, the nationwide anti-Semitic violence and states in his book that the Jews only got what they deserved.
