Offered for sale is a wonderful example of an original Third Reich

drum as used from the Nazi bands of Adolf Hitlers Wehrmacht, the

HITLER-JUGEND (HJ or Hitler Youth),

the REICHSARBEITSDIENST (R.A.D.),

the D.A.F. (DEUTSCHE ARBEITSFRONT or GERMAN

LABOR FRONT) and surely also used by other Nazi organizations

(like NSKK, NSFK, etc.)!

The official name for this instrument was/is

FLACHTROMMEL

and you will hardly find a better original one then the one which you

see on these photos!

The FLACHTROMMEL comes together with the original pair of

drumsticks in their original leather scubbard! The skin on both sides

of the drum is till original , too and has a "GEPRÜFT" (checked)

stamp on it!
