This 6 x 8-1/4 inches 148 pages hardcover book in very good condition has a very interesting history! 

It once stood in the library of the LEADERSHIP of the

NS-FRAUENSCHAFT and who knows, perhaps the leader of the

Nazi women organization, Gertrud Scholz-Klink had it once in her

hands...!

The book was written from Henni Warninghoff, she was the leader of the women and girls in the Nazi sports organization, the Deutscher Reichsbund für Leibesübungen. It was printed 1936 from the Reichssportverlag in Berlin, Germany.

This wonderful book not only contains a lot of information on health and exercises for women but also a lot of advice how to make sure to keep the purity of the Aryan blood, how to be a good German mother and a good National Socialist in Hitler-Germany!
