RARE ORIGINAL THIRD REICH PHOTO BOOK ON THE LIFE AS AN ARBEITSMAID IN THE FEMALE LABOR SERVICE DEM FRÖHLICHEN GEHÖRT DIE WELT (HE/SHE WHO IS HAPPY OWNS THE WORLD) WITH EXCELLENT PHOTOS This excellent 7-1/2 x 10 inches book has 76 heavily illustrated pages. We have three original copies in stock, all from different editions, two hardcover and one soft cover. All three are in very good condition. It was published by order of the Reichsarbeitsdienst Bezirk VIII Niedersachsen (Reichs Labor Service District VIII). The text is written by RAD leader Freya Overweg, the photos were shot by Herbert Grohe, also an official of the same RAD district. A very nice photo report about the duties of the "Arbeitsmaiden" (that's how the female workers in the Reichs Labor Front were called) during their mandatory labor service time.
