HITLER YOUTH AVIATION PHOTO BOOK DAS FLIEGERBUCH DER DEUTSCHEN JUGEND (THE AVIATION BOOK FOR THE GERMAN YOUTH) AN EXCELLENT BOOK ON AIRPLANES, ZEPPELINS, PARACHUTES, FAMOUS THIRD REICH TEST PILOTS AND MUCH MORE! INTENDED FOR POTENTIAL FUTURE PILOTS IN THE HITLER YOUTH! This 6-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches hardcover book with 262 pages is an excellent cross-cut through the German aviation history, starting with Otto Lilienthal to the planes of the 1930s in Hitler-Germany. There are lots of photos in the book of different airplanes, Zeppelins, parachutes, famous German pilots (including test pilots like i.e. Liesel Bach) and much more. The intention of this book was was to recruit future pilots for the Luftwaffe among the Hitler Youth. The book was printed 1933 from the Ensslin & Laiblins Verlagsbuchhandlung Reutlingen, Germany. It is in very good condition with some minor stain on some pages.
