This excellent 7 x 10 inches, 100+-page, very heavily illustrated hardcover book was published 1938 by HEINRICH HOFFMANN (Photoberichterstatter der Reichsleitung der NSDAP -official photographer of the Reichs - Leadership of the NSDAP), and printed by the Zeitgeschichte Verlag in Berlin, Germany. The 86 excellent photos in this book provide an excellent overview about the "unofficial" life of Adolf Hitler. Many of the photos were taken on the Berghof, Hitlers mountain residence on the Obersalzberg, other photos show Hitler with mountain farmers, with visitors on the Berghof, people he met on his walks in the stunning nature but also Hitler alone, kicking back and reading the paper, throwing sticks for his dog and so on.
