An excellent original book from the Reichsbund "Deutsche Jägerschaft".

The size of the soft cover book is 4-3/4 x 6-3/4 inches with 136 interesting pages on everything which the German hunter needed to know in the 1940/41 hunting season in Nazi Germany! The book contains hunting laws, training guidelines for new hunters, membership lists, a lot of very interesting hunting related advertisings, etc.!

Reichsjägermeister Hermann Göring (Reichs master of the German hunt) had divided the hunting areas of the “Deutsche Jägerschaft” into “Jagdgaue” and these Jagdgaue were then again divided into “Jagdkreise”. This rare yearbook which is offered for sale is from the Jagdgau Braunschweig which covered the Jagdkreise Blankenburg, Braunschweig, Gandersheim, Hainberg, Helmstedt, Holzminden and Wolfenbüttel.
