Offered for sale is a RARE ORIGINAL 1936 PHOTO YEARBOOK ON THE THIRD YEAR OF NAZI GERMANY DAS JAHR III (THE YEAR THREE) A SOUGHT AFTER REFERENCE BOOK ON THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF ADOLF HITLER AND THE N.S.D.A.P. IN THE 3rd YEAR IN THE GERMAN THIRD REICH WITH LOTS OF FULL PAGE PHOTOS!
The 7 x 9-3/4 inches hard cover book has 96 pages with 48 photographs, most of them full page photographs. The book is kind of a yearbook showing the achievements of Adolf Hitler in his third year as Chancellor of the German Reich. Like all the covers in this series of books the cover of the third volume has a very symbolic design, too: it shows a group of workers on a construction site of teh Reichsautobahn, the largest building project of Nazi Germany at that time and the symbol for the economical uprising in Germany. The Nazis at that time called Germany "Das Land der Arbeit und des Friedens" (the land of labor and piece). A very interesting book which was printed 1936 from the Freiheitsverlag in Berlin in good to very good condition. |
