Dr. Curt "ISRAEL" Wohl's Kennkarte (ID card) with a big "J" on cover and inside!
the photos above and below are from Dr. Curt Wohl's Reisepass (travel passport), issued June 16, 1939 in Baden-Baden, Germany. Please note the stamped in letter "J" which made it obvious for every person who looked at the document that this person is a Jew! Please note also the middle name Israel which was mandatory for all male Jews by law. Women had to adopt the middle name Sarah. Interesting is that Dr. Wohl had blue eyes and blond hair, typical Aryan Nordic features!
this 1946 document in German, English and French says that Curt Wohl is a "Volljude" (100% full blooded Jew) and therefor was interned in KZ Dachau. Like all the postwar documents in this grouping they were issued in the French occupied part of the defeated German Reich. Below is a close-up of the right page with the information on the imprisonment at Dachau concentration camp.

The grouping consists of thirteen documents from a so called "Volljude" (100% or full blooded Jew) including the original Third Reich Kennkarte and Reisepass with the special markings for Jews, a whole bunch of postwar documents which prove that he was an inmate of the KZ Dachau, one of the most infamous concentration camps on German soil and copies of two Third Reich documents, his birth certificate and from a 1937 document when he was awarded the wound badge third class (black) for his injuries in World War One. A very interesting lot of documents from one Jew!
