The item offered here is the heavily illustrated yearly publication of the Deutscher Luftsport Verband (German Aerial Sports Association) which was founded in 1934. The very interesting 9-1/4 x 13-1/2 inch, 36 pages soft cover publication is full of photos and information of all different branches within the organization: air models (Hitler Youth boys were heavily involved here), gliders, small aircraft, airships (Zeppelin), musicians, Flieger-SA, cross-Germany flight (with a photo of Adolf Hitler watching them fly by his mountain residence on the Obersalzberg) and much more! It was published 1935 by the leadership of the Nazi German Luftsport-Verband and it was printed by Deutsche Arbeit/Deutsches Wesen Verlag in Berlin. There are a couple of stain spots and a few minor wrinkles but the overall condition of this rare and very interesting item is very good.
