This 6 x 8-1/2 inches hardcover book with 450 heavily illustrated pages was the official yearbook for 1941 of the NSDAP/AO, the subdivision of the Nazi Party for Germans who lived outside the borders of the German Third Reich, no matter where in the world, America, Africa, Australia, etc. The hard to find book is in very good condition, only the binding in one section has come a bit loose. There are plenty or interesting articles from the German communities worldwide as well as the news from the homeland plus many pages of interesting and artful Third Reich adver-tisings. One example is shown below, a full page ad from the infamous I.G.Farben company which also had a branch nearby Auschwitz concentration camp. |
