This scarce booklet was printed 1936 by the NS-Gauverlag in Schleswig Holstein, it contains the rights and duties of the NSDAP leader in charge of the smallest unit in the community, the block or cell (meaning i.e. an apartment building block). The 4 x 5-1/2 inches booklet has 32 pages, it is in very good condition except for the cover which has been separated which can be fixed.
