a big original enamel announcement board which names ALL the major Third Reich organizations which would be SA, SS, NSKK,HJ, NS-Frauenschaft, DAF / KDF and NSV ! 

The size of this rare item is 25-1/2 x 31 inches or 635 x 788mm!

This item has seen some better days of course, there are some chips and some rusty spots but still it will make a terrific historical display item for any collection of Third Reich, especially NSDAP history!

These signs usually were mounted in the hallways of official buildings as well as in bigger residential apartment complexes and the "Blockwart", the lowest rank in the NSDAP rank order put the latest news of the different Nazi organizations on the board so every fellow "Volksgenosse" (a typical Third Reich expression which means a, preferebly Aryan, German in good standing) knewwhat was going on in the Reich. A Jew could never become a "Volksgenosse" as he was regarded a parasite!

The Blockwart also put on the office hours for those who needed to meet with officials from NSDAP, Deutsche Arbeitsfront (DAF), Kraft durch Freude (KdF) and NSV as well as S.A., SS and Hitler Youth (Hitler-Jugend or HJ)! There were also spaces provided to put in the addresses of these organizations.
