Offered for sale is a RARE ORIGINAL 1940 THIRD REICH NSFK POCKET SERVICE BOOK DIENST-TASCHENBUCH DES NS-FLIEGERKORPS 1940 A HEAVILY ILLUSTRATED RELIC FROM THE NATIONAL SOCIALIST FLYERS CORPS This 4 x 5-3/8 inch, 80-page soft cover book, published by the NSFK leadership for the "Dienstgebrauch" (for use within the service of the NSFK, not for public sale) was the official service book for members of teh NS Flyers Corps for the year 1940. It is full of very interesting information, such as the NSDAP Party Programme, a table that explains the structure of the NSFK, conditions for the NSFK organized sail flyers competition, air model competition within the NSFK, costs and schedule for the training in engine powered aircraft, hot air balloon rides organized by the NSFK, theory training, Wehrsport (paramilitary training in the NSFK) and First Aid plus a full calendar for 1940. The book was strictly to be used within the NSFK and the Flieger-HJ. A very interesting item in excellent condition.
