VERY INTERESTING DOCUMENTS OF AN EARLY MEMBER OF THE

NSKK MOTORSTURM BERLIN WHO WAS ISSUED NSKK ID #000067 (!)

WITH ENTRIES FROM 1933 TO JANUARY 1945!

Original Third Reich period photo, showing Carl Cordt in his NSKK uniform with the insignia of the 23/M28 Motorsturm.

Cordt's NSKK membership pin (original size is 2-1/4 x 1 inch)

Cordt's NSKK Dienstausweis (service ID), issued on August 21, 1943 and signed by the deputy leader of the NSKK Motorgruppe Berlin.

Cordt's Wehrpass, he was declared "Bedingt Tauglich" which means only limited qualification for service in the Wehrmacht and he was assigned to a reserve group in Berlin. There are no entries about any kind of service in either the Wehrmacht or in the Volkssturm. This is very surprising because almost everybody, from child to old man became a member of the Volks-sturm and especially the Reichshauptstadt Berlin was bitterly defended but Cordt did not serve in the armed forces at all. Was Cordt perhaps the driver of some important Nazi official...?

Carl Cordt was born in January 1910 in Berlin and was only 23 years old when he joined the NSKK.

VERY INTERESTING DOCUMENTS OF AN EARLY MEMBER OF THE NSKK MOTORSTURM BERLIN WHO WAS ISSUED NSKK ID #000067 (!) WITH ENTRIES FROM 1933 TO JANUARY 1945!

Offered here is a must-have lot for anyone interested in the Nationalsozia-listisches Kraftfahrer Korps (NSKK or National Socialist Motor Corps) and collectors of rare original Third Reich documents! This lot of documents belong all to one individual, Carl Cordt, and they are exceptionally interes-ting because they cover this guys career throughout the entire Third Reich period! Carl Cordt joined the NSKK already on March 29, 1933 and he remained in the NS Motor Corps until the Third Reich collapsed, the last entry in his NSKK Pass (ID) is dated March 1, 1945 - two months before the Third Reich had ended!

A very early issued NSKK membership document from the Motorgruppe Berlin! ID document No. 000067 was issued to Carl Cordt and he was assigned to the Motorsturm 23/M 28 in March of 1933. He remained in the same unit throughout the entire twelve years the Third Reich existed!

On these pages are assigned orders and promotions, all signed and stamped by Cordt's superiors! According to Standartenbefehl Nr. 13.14/43 Schar-führer Cordt was promoted Oberscharführer on April 20, 1943, Adolf Hitlers 54th birthday. Some orders are signed by Sturmführer Stahl.

Cordt received new uniform items and clothing (such as underwear, shoes, uniform pants, cap, etc. and paid for them on March 1, 1945!

Pasted in NSKK membership fee stamps from 1938 thru 1940. Please note the 1939 Reichs Party Days stamp at the top, probably a (mandatory?) con-tribution for a Nazi Party Rally which never took place.

The last membership dues were paid by Cordt in January 1945!

This card also contains pasted in stamps for Cordt's paid membership dues (for the years 1941/1942), also with a nice rubber seal of the Motorsturm 23/M28.
