Reichsminister of Propaganda Dr. Joseph Goebbels had the great idea to create affordable radios and sell them cheap to every household in the German Reich to make it possible that Adolf Hitlers voice (or who ever from his high rank NSDAP comrades had something to say) was heard in the living room of every good "Volksgenosse" (Fellow German). The radio still has a nice Nazi State Eagle on the front. Because of these Third Reich symbols these radios were not tolerated by the Allies who ruled Germany since May of 1945 and these neat little radios were destroyed where ever they showed up. Very few examples in good condition have survived the De-Nazification wave in postwar Germany! Here is your chance to add a nice display item one to your collection! The radio seems as if it is complete on the inside. We did not check the function of this radio but assuming all parts are still there and operational, it is fairly easy to convert these radios to 110V. In case you get your Nazi radio to play you won't be able to receive any of the old German Reichsrundfunk stations like Leipzig, Deutschlandsender or Radio Königsberg but maybe your local radio station! The cord has been replaced, everything else seems to be 100% original, no chips or cracks, only some minor scratches from normal wear.
