This very rare 9-1/2 x 12-3/4 inch, 376 and 520 pages hardcover books by Friedrich Mildner were published 1936 by Buchvertrieb Olympiade 1936 in Berlin, Germany. The books are perhaps the most comprehensive Third Reich publication on every possible kind of organized sport in Nazi Germany as well as on the 1936 Olympic Games which took place in Hitler's Germany! Both volumes are heavily illustrated and both are in very good condition. The black paint of the backs has partially rubbed off and the empty first and last pages contain stain spots, the bindings are tight.
