The 9-1/2 x 11-1/2 inch, 450 (!)-pages hardcover book in excellent condition was written by Fritz Schinnerer, leader of the Arbeitsgau 28 Franken (Labor District 28 Franconia), published 1935 by Universitaetsdruckerei Stuerz AG in Wuerzburg. The heavily illustrated book (there are hundreds of photos, maps and illustrations) was meant to be a remembrance book for all RAD leader as well as regular Arbeitsdienst members who served in this Arbeits-gau. We have seen few original Third Reich books that cover the purpose, goals, achievements as well as daily life in the Reich Labor Service! A great reference for anyone interested in this part of Nazi history!
