The "Erbhof" is a farm which remains in one family and which is passed on to the next generation, usually to the oldest son. The National Socialists created a special law on 29 September 1933 which regulated these Erbhof farms, which farms were considered a Erbhof, how they were maintained, under which circumstances they could be sold or passed on to the next generation. This scarce 6-1/4 x 9 inches hardcover book with 126 pages was published by order of Reichsbauernführer (Leader of the Nazi farming organization Blut und Boden /Blood and Soil) Walter Darre' and printed 1934 by the publishing house of the Deutsche Zeitung. The book is in as-new condition and contains the entire laws and regulations on the Erbhof. A very interesting document for anyone who is interested in this part of the Third Reich farming!
