Decker Verlag in Berlin. The book contains speeches on the Reich Postal Service held by Ohnesorge plus laws and regulations pertaining to the Nazi German mailing system. Also explained are improvements in the postal service. A very nice original Third Reich book with interesting facts on the Nazi postal service in Germany and annexed Austria.
