This scarce 7-3/4 x 11 inch, double sided flyer was published by order of Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler and distributed among comrades of the SS and the so called Fördernde Mitglieder (Supporting Members of the SS). The primary goal of this flyer was to convince every SS man and supporting member of the SS to read the SS periodical Das Schwarze Korps (The Black Corps). Secondly the editor of Das Schwarze Korps, a SS-Standartenführer promotes a special SS fundraiser: the building of a SS Mütterheim by rounding up as many subscriptions as possible. Every subscription bought one brick for the new SS Mother's Home which then was probably operated under the SS Lebensborn guidelines.
