Offered for sale is a RARE ORIGINAL THIRD REICH SAALDEKORATION THESE FLAGS DECORATED THE PUBLIC PLACES IN ENTIRE NAZI GERMANY AND THE HALLS WHERE THEY HELD THEIR SPEECHES This 1250x2550mm or 49x100 inch double sided flag with sewn on white circles and sewn on (not printed) swastikas was ripped down by an American G.I. in 1945 and brought home as a war souvenir. Because it was ripped of the horizontal bar where it was mounted the entire loop on the upper end is ripped. This can certainly be fixed but in our opinion this would decrease if not ruin the historical value of this flag. The red color is somewhat faded and there are a few tiny holes. This flag looks a lot more authentic and historic the way it is and we did not make any attempt to clean or "repair" this artifact. Lifelong guarantee for autenticity.
