This original Third Reich silk (or silk-like?) sash in the colors of the Nazi Party contains a sewn on paper-like circle with swastika on one end and an Iron Cross on the other end. The Iron Cross looks like a Knight's Cross, perhaps this sash was the last farewell to a Knight's Cross holder...
