This scarce book is one volume of a series of books published 1936 by one of the main characters in the Nazi nudist movement, Hans Suren! Suren was a former high rank official in the Reichs Labor Service (Reichsarbeitsdienst or RAD) and then in charge of the physical education in the Wehrmacht Infantry schools. Besides that he was one of the main promotors of the nudist movement in Nazi Germany! The Nazis liked the idea of beautiful Aryan women and men doing their exercises completely naked outside, in harmony with the nature!

The 5-1/2 x 8 inches hard cover book is in good used condition, the spine not perfectly tight on the first and last pages but none are missing or loose. The only imperfection of this heavily illustrated 260 pages book is a small piece missing on page 165 (but no picture on this page). This book is one of the best original Third Reich photo books showing young Aryan women, men and even children doing all kinds of exercises of the "Suren Gymnastik", a special kind of physical exercise, performed naked in mother nature which was invented by Hans Suren.
