This hard to find series of booklets was published by one of the main characters in the Nazi nudist movement, Hans Suren! Suren was a former high rank official in the Reichs Labor Service (Reichsarbeitsdienst or RAD) and then in charge of the physical education in the Wehrmacht Infantry schools. Besides that he was one of the main promotors of the nudist movement in Nazi Germany! The Nazis liked the idea of beautiful Aryan women and men doing their exercises completely naked outside, in harmony with the nature!

The box contains six booklets with instructions for different kind of exercises. Volume one gives general instructions, the other five booklets contain fold-out photo charts, each explaining in-depth one exercise.

The entire set, including the box. is in very good condition.
