This scarce book is one volume of a series of books published by a man who would become one of the main characters in the Nazi nudist movement, Hans Suren! Suren was a former high rank official in the Reichs Labor Service (Reichsarbeitsdienst or RAD) and then in charge of the physical education in the Wehr-macht Infantry schools. Besides that he was one of the main pro-motors of the nudist movement in Nazi Germany! The Nazis liked the idea of beautiful Aryan women and men doing their exercises completely naked outside, in harmony with the nature!

The 5-1/2 x 8 inches hard cover book which is offered here is one of Suren's early publications, published 1928 by Dieck & Co in Stuttgart, Germany. The book is in very good condition, on 136 heavily illustrated pages explains Suren how to massage yourself and keep a healthy skin. Suren was the inventor of the "Suren Gymnastik", a special kind of physical exercise, preferably per-formed naked in mother nature!
