It was published 1943 by order of the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht (High Command of the German Army) and contains besides informations on the Hitler Youth (i.e. how to achieve the HJ shooting award and Leistungsabzeichen) everything the HJ boy needed to know about the Heer (Infantry). Well explained and illustrated is the structure of the Wehrmacht, different branches and ranks, career opportunities, weapons, awards, insignia, banners and much much more!
