QUITTUNGSKARTE INVALIDENVERSICHERUNG

(DISABILITY BENEFIT CARD)

The document below was issued by the Landesversicherungsanstalt to document the eligibility to collect disability funds, i.e. in case of an accident. The owner of this card had to pay in a certain percentage of his wage. A minimun of 20 weekly payments per year had to be made. The payments were documented on the back side with pasted in stamps. In Helmuth Seiffert's case below the payment schedule ended because he joined the Wehrmacht.
