SET OF SEVEN RARE ORIGINAL WORLD WAR TWO BOOKS FOR AMERICAN SOLDIERS AT THE FRONT LINES ARMED SERVICES EDITION THOSE BOOKS WERE NEVER FOR PUBLIC SALE
These 5-1/2 x 4 inch, 120 pages to 500 pages booklets were published between 1940 and 1942 by Editions for the Armed Forces, Inc. , a non-profit organization established by the Council on books in Wartime. Offered here are seven different books, some of them include an entire book, some a con-densed version for wartime reading and some contain selected peoms. The books were distributed to the fighting troops by the Special Services Division, A.S.F., for the Army, and by the Bureau of Naval Personnel for the Navy and they were U.S. Government property. This set includes the following volumes:
