The size of this double sided pennant is 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 inch or 215 x 140mm. The white circles and black swastikas are printed on. Such pennants were used to decorate i.e. the rear fenders of bicycles, a number of these connected to each other also often decorated rooms on official occasions, such as Adolf Hitler's birthday.
